Prayers for the Workplace
ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD
Father, I surrender my role as [job title] at [company name] to you and proclaim that all blessing, honor, glory, and power be unto Jesus Christ. Everything I do for this company is for the glory of God. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

THE OFFICE SPACE
In the name of Jesus, as a legal employee of [company] I take authority over this office space and detach every unclean and foul spirit and command you to leave now and go directly to the foot of Jesus and to harm no one on your way.
Come, Holy Spirit, and fill the entire office. Come as a mighty wind and reveal Jesus to all the walls, floors, and ceilings — all the office spaces, hallways, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms.
Jesus, pour out your blood and cleanse this space from all negativity: evil, corruption, unfaithfulness, addiction, gossip, divorce, abuse, and dishonesty. Fill it with your presence, Lord. In the name of Jesus, I proclaim that this office belongs to Jesus Christ. I speak life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
ACTS 2:2

AUTHORITY
In the name of Jesus, I bless my manager and ask that Your will would be done in his/her life. I pray that they would be your instrument and that You, Holy Spirit, would reveal Jesus to them. I pray for healing for his/her body, mind, soul, spirit, and emotions — I pray for healing for his/her childhood, family, and relationships. Holy Spirit, give him/her Your Spirit of wisdom and revelation. Thank you, Father, for the opportunity to bring this soul before Your throne of grace. May the plans that You have for [company name] be fulfilled through my manager and leadership. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
1 Timothy 2:1-2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
COMMUNITY
Father, thank you for the community of believers that You have been preparing for me to meet at [company name]. Thank You for the brothers and sisters in Christ that you have introduced me to already, Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, I ask for encouragement in this mission You have placed me in right now at [company name]. Lord, please send me someone to co-labor with. You say the harvest is abundant but the laborers are few. You also sent out your disciples in pairs — please introduce me to the pair you have sent me to co-labor with at [company]. Thank you, Father! In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Matthew 9:35-38
And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Matthew 6:7-13

IDENTITY
Holy Spirit, teach me to walk in my identity as a child of the King of kings.
Holy Spirit, bear witness with my spirit that I am a child of God — an heir of God and joint-heir with Christ. In the name of Jesus, I unite all my suffering with Him who loves me and gave His life so that I might live.
In Jesus’ name, I cry “Abba, Father!”
